1896-1987 The first generation of our family business began in Poland, when our forefather Dziadek Kozyra started Kozrya Painting (which later became Koze Brothers Painting). And when he immigrated to the US, he brought the business along with him, and passed it onto his son, and went from generation to generation over the years.

1987-Present That tradition of passing down the business to the next generation was continued and in 1987 when Dennis Koze took the reins, the business evolved to meet the needs of homeowners. The business moved away from painting, and turned into a Crawl Space Repair company, focusing on crawl space encapsulation and waterproofing, structural repairs, foundation repairs and basement waterproofing. And now, with the fifth generation as a part of the family business and over 125 years behind our family’s reputation, we still carry on the commitment to honesty in everything we do.
